History

PRAMAC S.p.A. was born from the integration of several market leaders in the sectors of materials handling, electric generator production and photovoltaic and wind power generation systems. Our history began in 1966, when the Campinoti family founded L'Europea, a building materials company for the local market. Since then, PRAMAC has not only acquired great experience, but has also created a vast and versatile product range to satisfy the needs of our customers the world over.

Our dedication to the logistics and handling market began in 1988 with the acquisition of Lifter srl by L'Europea S.p.A. The company subsequently was transformed into Pramac Lifter S.p.A. and kept this name up until 2006, focusing on the Handling division alongside the generator system manufacturing market. The group subsequently became PRAMAC S.p.A. and then, in 2008, in order to develop and increase the efficiency of the Handling division, was created Lifter S.r.l. again, a company entirely and solely dedicated to capturing and developing strategic and business opportunities on the logistics and handling market.
